We want everyone — including people who use assistive technologies — to be able to read about graph theory researchers in India without barriers. This page describes the accessibility commitments we hold the site to and how to tell us when we fall short.
Our commitments
- We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
- Pages are built with semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so screen readers can navigate by region.
- Interactive elements (buttons, links, search inputs) are operable with the keyboard alone.
- Text contrast meets WCAG AA against its background.
- Images that convey information have descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked as such so screen readers can skip them.
- The site is responsive and remains usable when text is enlarged up to 200%.
Known limitations
The site aggregates data from third-party sources (OpenAlex, ORCID, institutional pages). Some embedded content — particularly external links and uploaded researcher photos — may not meet our standards. We work with researchers and institutions to improve this over time.
Reporting a barrier
If you hit an accessibility barrier on the site, please tell us so we can fix it. Include:
- The page URL where the problem occurred.
- A short description of what went wrong.
- The assistive technology and browser you were using, if applicable.
You can reach us via the contact page.
